Discover The Artificial Grass Difference

What is the artificial grass difference?  The pictures tell the whole story.  A retirement center wanted an area that was more manageable and also visually appealing for their tenants.  The before picture shows the grass having a hard time growing, probably because of the large tree in the yard blocking the sunlight.  Lack of sunlight doesn’t create a problem for synthetic grass.  It’s also more manageable, since you don’t need to water.  Having Grass!365 Dallas install synthetic grass makes an immediate difference in the look and feel of your area.  Your backyard can be an oasis that lasts for years, instead of an eyesore.

Differences Between Our Grass and Everyone Else’s

While all companies claim their artificial grass is 100% recyclable, that is not technically accurate.  Polyethylene creates most of the yarn in synthetic grass.  The yarn is sewn into a backing, which is usually made of Polypropylene.  Both Polyethylene and Polypropylene are recyclable.  After the stitches get sewn in, they get glued on the backing.  This “glue”, called Urethane, is not typically recyclable.  Our competition’s grass can be re-purposed, (cut into pieces and used), but not recycled, extruded, into a new product.  Our manufacturers do not use Urethane to create Grass!365.  The SealTUFT process secures the stitches to the fabric backing. As a result, our synthetic grass drains up to 50 times faster than urethane backed grass.  In fact, the urethane backed grass drains by having holes punched in it.  Since the grass can’t drain without the holes, if they become clogged due to leaves or other organic material from trees, the water wont drain.

Our manufacturer recycles scraps of Grass!365, while Urethane backed scraps are thrown in the trash.  This is just one of the differences between our grass and the competition.  There are other differences such as face weight, color, and blade shape, but those are for another post.
